Site Visits
Site visits are carried out at least once during the day and at least twice in the evening. On these visits the supervisor on duty is responsible to reiterate the procedures which have been put in place and to ensure compliance.
Management Meetings
Quarterly management meetings are held to ensure that the service levels are outperforming expectations.
General Liason
• Weekly meetings with local SAPS
• Monthly meetings with specific farm workers
• Monthly meetings with farm owners/managers
• Confidential information and monthly incident feedback reports will be done via email.
